Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes - we will need to schedule your first date to the studio! This means the space is totally booked out for you and your bride tribe, so you can try on the gowns in privacy and have a personal one-to-one service with Jade - with no disruptions! Simply use the contact form or give us a call to book your styling session! ​​If you require a late evening appointment which is out of hours, please get in touch and I will try and make this happen for you.

How far in advance should I begin dress shopping?

I always recommend to start looking for your dress 9-12 months prior to the big day! As our designers are scattered across the world, order & shipping time can be 4-6 months. You also need to allow time for alterations. This is only ideal, not an absolute must! There is the option of a 'rush fee' on gowns if needed, but it adds to the wedding budget!

What size are your sample gowns?

The sample gowns in the studio range from a UK 10-12 and vary with each designer.

What price ranges are your dresses?

Our dresses start from approximately £1200 - £5000. The majority are around the £2700 mark.

How many people can I bring along?

As much as we love a party, too many opinions can become a little overwhelming, and we don’t wish stressful shopping upon any of our brides. Bring your dearest and nearest who you love and trust with your ideas, opinions and choices! We advise bringing along a maximum of 3 people (this also fits the studio comfortably!)

Do you offer in-house alterations?

We do not offer in-house alterations. However I can certainly point you in the right direction to some local seamstresses who can help with any finishing alternations. Please note, we are not in contractual agreements with any recommended seamstresses.

Can I take photos?

This is a tricky one for us! We would really prefer for you not to take photos wearing a gown. A quick iPhone photo doesn't capture how you felt or that overall glow! It's also not worth having photos on your phone to endlessly scroll through - it will make the dress journey harder in the long run!

Do I need to leave a deposit upon ordering?

YASSS - firstly congratulations and welcome to the #JABrideTribe. We will require a 50% deposit upon ordering and the remaining 50% 2 weeks prior to collection.

Can I get a refund/exchange?

Due to the gowns and accessories being ordered and handmade especially for you - we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

Do you offer accessories?

We sure do - lots of incredible headpieces and dreamy jewels! Please get in touch if you wish to pop in to see the accessories, just so we can make sure the studio is free for you to browse!
